Firstful, by Nicolas Mehlei
Open Firstful, go to Profile, and choose Delete your account. The app tells you exactly what will happen before you confirm, because it depends on your household:
Either way, your sign-in account itself is deleted, not just your Firstful data. The app offers to export a copy of your timeline before you confirm, in case you want to keep one.
This takes effect immediately — there's no 30-day wait for an in-app deletion. If removing your data on our servers succeeds but your sign-in account can't be removed in the same moment, the app tells you and lets you retry; none of your data comes back either way.
You don't need to delete your whole account for this: you can delete a single entry directly in the app at any time, and it's removed for every member of your household.
Lost access to your account and can't reach the in-app flow? Email hello@codebakery.net from the address you used to sign in to Firstful, and say what you'd like deleted — your whole household, or specific entries only. This is a manual process: a real person reads the request and deletes exactly what you asked for, and we aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. We reply to confirm once it's done.
Whichever route is used, we keep nothing afterward except what we're legally required to retain, which for Firstful is nothing beyond that.
